Rodrigo has 14 years of international experience on public policy for the transport sector, with special emphasis on the promotion of safety, sustainability and low emissions outcomes. He was co-founder of the Association SustentAr, a non-profit organisation that promotes sustainable and climate resilient transport initiatives, and is one of the leaders in the implementation of the aspects of the national transport strategy for Argentina related to sustainable transport, advanced vehicle and fuel technologies, climate change and energy efficiency. He has represented the Argentine Secretariat of Transport at the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and the Clean Development Mechanism. During 2013-2014 he was a Research Fellow at the Special Program for Urban and Regional Studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
