Nicole Broekman

Nicole has 19 years experience across all facets of traffic and transport planning and engineering. Her project work includes traffic and revenue demand forecasting, transport modelling, simulation of transport systems, policy formulation, expert witness testimony, economic analyses, parking studies, route management strategies, pedestrian and bicycle planning, road safety engineering, traffic impact assessment, intersection modelling, public consultation, and transport survey design and delivery. She has worked both as a consultant and directly for transport agencies and government organisations, and has developed a strong appreciation for the implementation of major transport projects within the public sector, including complex road and public transport schemes, both internationally and across Australia. She is highly experienced in quantitative methods for project assessment, as well as investment decisions and models for transport schemes.
